Conditions of Participation

  • Applications selected by the professor
  • Accommodation and masterclass free of charge
  • Transport costs to be paid by the participant / Travel assistance for foreign students
  • Mandatory attendance for the entire masterclass is required
  • Mandatory participation in the concert is required
  • Send an updated biography and good quality photo for the site's database and social media
  • Image rights waiver

Assistance with travel costs
FOREIGN STUDENTS ONLY Applicants living outside France and with serious financial needs may request financial travel assistance. In order for the Academy to consider your case and the possibility of contributing to the price of a return ticket, please send us a motivation letter , including estimate costs, and a letter of support from one of your teachers for this matter. If you are selected to the master class, we will then let you know if your travel support request has been accepted and what amount is allocated to you. You will then need to purchase your tickets. Reimbursement will be made based on the payment proves you will provide us during the master class up to the allocated amount and by bank transfer at the end of the master class.
