The Music Academy of Villecroze, hereafter referred to as "the Site", attaches great importance to the rights and freedoms of individuals. Aware of the value of your data, whether some of them reveal your beliefs, sometimes concern your health, your children or the elderly, the Site has undertaken a process of compliance of all its processing with the General Regulation on Data Protection (GRDP) and the Data Protection Act.

For all the collected and processed data, the Site commits to :

  • process your data in a legal, fair and transparent manner;
  • to limit the collected data to the strict necessary;
  • to collect data for previously determined, explicit and legal purposes, and not to be processed further in a manner incompatible with these purposes. In the event of new incompatible purpose(s), the diocesan association undertakes to obtain your consent;
  • maintain, to the extent reasonable, the accuracy of your data;
  • to keep your data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it is to be used (except for legal obligations);
  • to ensure the security of the data you have entrusted to us;
  • inform you of what the Site does with your data;
  • to implement all its means to allow you to exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation (temporary suspension of processing), portability and opposition;

 

The Site prohibits any transmission of your data to a third party.

Legal information

All processing of your data is carried out under the responsibility of the Client or its parishes and under the control of its data protection officer. In application of article 9.2.d of the RGPD, the diocesan association (law 1905) is authorized to process data that reveal religious convictions.

For each of the processing operations below, you have a right of access to your data, of rectification and of deletion. You can request the limitation of the processing, make opposition and obtain the portability of your data. To exercise these rights, contact the Site at the above address.
