After brilliant studies at the National Conservatory of Music and Dance (CNSMD) in Lyon, which she concluded with prizes for piano (Eric Heidsieck's class) and piano accompaniment (Suzy Bossard's class), Laetitia Bougnol obtains the aptitude certificates for the functions of piano teacher and piano accompaniment teacher. She is a piano accompanist teacher at the Lyon Conservatory (CRR) and a lecturer at the CNSMD in Lyon.

After having been the accompanying pianist and assistant for ten years in the class of Philippe Bernold, she was an accompanist at the CNSMD in Paris. Currently, she is accompanying Jean Lénert's violin class at the Schola Cantorum in Paris.

Laetitia Bougnol performs regularly in the Lyon Opera Orchestra, the Radio France Philharmonic Orchestra and the Luxembourg Philharmonic Orchestra. She accompanies many master classes (Emmanuel Pahud, Jean-Jacques Kantorow, Aurèle Nicolet ...). She accompanied the Jean-Pierre-Rampal, Maurice-André, Aurèle-Nicolet in Beijing, Maxence-Larrieu in Nice competitions.

She is a laureate of the Maurice-Ravel Academy and obtained third prize at the International Maria-Canals Competition in Barcelona (with flautist Julien Beaudiment).

She recorded with the trio Michel Becquet / André Cazalet / Thierry Caens, and in duet with flautists Jean-Louis Beaumadier or Karl-Heinz Schütz, and with percussionist Philippe Limoge.
