Born in Paris, trained at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique in her native city. She has lived in Vienna since the early 1990s pursuing a busy and wide-ranging concert career with many different groups. Besides her constant engagements in concerts with ensemble PHACE, she has worked also with many of the most celebrated ensembles (such as Klangforum Wien, RSO Wien, Ensemble die reihe, cappella con durezza, IGNM Basel, Ensemble Do You Know) and musicians of the day and performed at numerous festivals throughout Europe.

For over ten years she has been regularly playing as a duo with violinist Ernst Kovacic. Together they have recorded the complete works of Friedrich Cerha for violin and piano. Her varied repertoire focuses on modern and contemporary music, which has been her mainstay of interest since her student days. Throughout her career she has been inspired and motivated by working with living composers. She has performed the world premiere or Austrian premiere of numerous compositions, some of which have been dedicated to her personally.
